Contracts

Contract lifecycle management (CLM)

Managing a commercial agreement from drafting through negotiation, execution, amendment, renewal and expiry.

For incentive programmes CLM is not document storage — it is the front door. The agreement defines the rules the engine will run, so the executed version and the running configuration must be the same thing rather than two representations somebody keeps in sync.

Where they are separate, drift is inevitable: an amendment is agreed by email, applied to the document, and never applied to the configuration. Every transaction after that point is accrued on terms nobody signed.
