Privacy policy
What we collect, why, where it goes and how to get it back or removed.

1. What we collect
Only two things, each for a stated purpose:
- Demo and contact enquiries. Name, work email, company, industry, ERP and whatever you write in the message. Submitted deliberately by you, used to respond to your enquiry.
- AI assistant conversations. Where the assistant is enabled, the messages you send it and the page you sent them from, retained to improve it and to investigate abuse.
We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell data to anyone, and we do not build cross-site profiles.
2. Why we are allowed to
- Your consent — for using the assistant, which you initiate.
- Steps at your request prior to a contract — for responding to a demo enquiry.
- Legitimate interests — for security, abuse prevention and keeping the site working.
3. Who processes it
- Amazon Web Services — application logic (Lambda) and the database (DynamoDB) that stores content and site settings.
- Google Cloud Storage — images uploaded for blog posts.
- An email provider — delivering demo confirmations and routing enquiries to our inbox.
- An AI model provider — generating assistant responses, where the assistant is enabled.
Each is a processor acting on our instructions. Some are outside your country; where that happens, transfers rely on the appropriate safeguards offered by that provider.
4. Cookies and local storage
No advertising or analytics cookies. There is no sign-in on this site, so no session token is stored either. This site sets no persistent client-side storage at all.
5. How long we keep it
- Demo enquiries — for as long as the commercial conversation is live, and up to 24 months after.
- Assistant conversations — up to 12 months.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. Write to hello@revupra.com and we will act within one month.
7. Security
Data in transit is encrypted. Access to production data is limited to the people who need it. Administrator access to this site is gated by an explicit allowlist checked server-side on every request, not by anything the browser claims.
8. Children
This is a business site and is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes
Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.
